My WAY

Life is a masterpiece, and I believe it’s best enjoyed with passion and purpose. Every moment is an opportunity to connect, create, and inspire. I thrive on building relationships with my team, clients, or people I meet along the way. There’s something genuinely energizing about engaging with others, sharing ideas, and seeing the spark that collaboration brings.

As someone who appreciates the finer things in life, I find joy in great food, captivating conversations, and the experiences that make memories worth cherishing. Elegance is not just about style—it’s about living with intention, appreciating beauty in the little details, and finding the balance between ambition and enjoyment.

This philosophy extends into my work. Sales is not just about numbers; it’s about understanding people, building trust, and creating lasting value. Whether leading my team, strategizing for a client, or entering a new market, I approach every challenge with curiosity and optimism. Success is about making a difference and leaving a lasting impression in business and life.

MY BACKGROUND

My journey into business and sales began at Bocconi University in Milan, where I earned my degree in Business Administration. Those years weren’t just about textbooks and lectures—they were a time of discovery, growth, and unforgettable experiences. Milan's energy and elegance became the perfect backdrop for shaping my understanding of international business and the art of strategy.

While studying, I immersed myself in the dynamic world of commerce, uncovering the principles of negotiation, market analysis, and leadership. But more than that, I embraced the vibrant culture around me. Between late-night study sessions and early-morning espressos, I built friendships and connections that enriched my perspective and left a lasting impression.

The desire to constantly evolve led me back to Bocconi, where I pursued advanced certifications in International Sales Strategy at SDA Bocconi School of Management. This time, I focused on refining my skills and diving deeper into the complexities of global markets. Each lesson was a stepping stone, preparing me to navigate diverse cultures and adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of clients around the world.

Beyond the academic halls, my true education came from my experiences—balancing ambition with joy, learning to listen as much as to speak, and realizing that the key to success lies in connecting with others authentically. Those years laid the foundation not just for a career but for a way of life and work that I carry with me to this day.

MY WORK

DuuCorp isn’t just a workplace for me—it’s a hub of creativity, innovation, and forward-thinking. As Head of Marketing, I’m proud to be part of a company that doesn’t develop exceptional brands and prod.

Numbers, targets, and strategies often define sales, but for me, it’s much more than that—it’s about creating authentic connections. At DuuCorp, I don’t just lead a team or close deals; I build bridges between people, ideas, and possibilities. My work is about understanding what truly matters to clients and transforming that understanding into tailored solutions that leave a lasting impact.

What drives me is the thrill of discovery—exploring new markets, uncovering untapped opportunities, and navigating the complexities of different cultures and industries. At DuuCorp, I’ve found the perfect environment to channel that passion. It’s a place where ambition meets creativity, where we don’t just compete; we innovate. Here, I’m not just part of a team; I’m part of a movement that challenges conventions and redefines what’s possible.

The people make this journey truly rewarding. My relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners fuel my enthusiasm. Sales isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about listening, adapting, and delivering value personally and meaningfully. Whether it’s a handshake across the table or a shared celebration of success, these moments remind me why I love what I do.

Every day at DuuCorp brings a new story, challenge, and opportunity to make a difference. My work isn’t just about reaching goals; it’s about shaping a legacy of trust, innovation, and connection. That’s what makes this journey so fulfilling.

PLACES I LOVE

Villa Necchi Campiglio is a stunning example of 1930s Italian architecture. It offers a serene escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Once a private residence, it’s now a museum showcasing art, design, and beautifully preserved interiors. The surrounding garden is a peaceful haven in the heart of Milan.

Chiesa di San Bernardino alle Ossa is a small church that hides a macabre yet fascinating secret: a chapel adorned with human bones. This hauntingly beautiful site offers a glimpse into Milan’s more mysterious past.

I loved Leonardo’s Vineyard (Vigna di Leonardo), near Santa Maria delle Grazie. The restored vineyard once belonged to Leonardo da Vinci. It’s a tranquil spot that provides insight into the life of the Renaissance master. Unfortunately, it has closed.

Røst Milano is a culinary gem offering Italian dishes with a Scandinavian twist. The menu pays homage to both cultures, creating innovative fusions that delight the palate.

An everlasting temptation is the Pasticceria Marchesi, one of Milan’s oldest pastry shops. It offers incredible pastries and an exceptional atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely coffee and indulgent treat.

The Gogol & Company is a charming café and bookstore; it’s an ideal place to unwind with a good book and coffee in a cozy, quiet ambiance.
